The Return of the Notes

Well, well, well, you couldn't do it, could you? You couldn't just sit there every morning with your coffee and not take a peek into the world of C-Note$. I heard the calls, I received your messages and I understand your pain.

And it's for this very reason that I have decided to re-enact the artist formerly known, currently-known, then formerly-currently known as C-Note$.

There are a few people I'd like to thank. There took care of that.

I'd like to start with a little update in the life of the blogger. I figure this is as good a forum as any to reveal what it takes to be a blogger. And do you know what that is? Nothing...absolutely nothing at all. Anyone can do this and probably now does.

Blogging started a few years ago when people who wrote for newspapers and online journalism sites decided that this whole "being objective thing" (said in a kiddy-sarcastic voice) was for the birds. Or for people called "real journalists." Anyway, they felt bound by the lack of being verbally abusive ... ahem...I mean creative, so they decided to create a forum that allowed them to make comments about celebrities, products, sports figures and the elusive wildebeast - also known as Ozzy Ozbourne.

Of course, at the beginning, people in my profession discredited these people and described them by a highly technical industry term - "idiots."

The blog is a high-tech thing, man. Growing up in rural Maine, I was educated on other high-tech gadgets like "running-water," "toothbrushes" and, incredibly, "doctors."

Now because I learned about these things at such a young age, it prepared me for learning about other high-tech gadgets like the phone, the car and Ricardo Montelban's plastic surgery. Anyway the point to all this is that blogs are cool. So now that I'm back, please try and stop by...and leave a message after the *beep* - did you know you can actually leave a message for someone?
